OUR MISSION IS SIMPLE
We want to meet you where you are, right now in your everyday life, and help guide you to wherever you want to go. We do this by putting our compassion in motion to provide grounded, effective, holistically-informed therapy services and group activities.
WE WORK WITH ALL AGE RANGES AND BACKGROUNDS
WE USE A HOLISTIC APPROACH
Our work is to connect people to their highest Self, to others with whom they have important relationships, and to their community. Our approach is compassionate and holistic. We recognize and work with the link between mind, body and emotions and spiritual values. We listen deeply and aim to see the whole person, guiding each person to engage in meaningful reflection to heal mind, body and spirit.
WE ARE UNIQUELY QUALIFIED AS A GROUP
As a diverse, connected and experienced group of mental health counselors, marriage and family therapists, physical and massage therapists, we focus on a whole person approach to healing. Our professional alliance benefits each client who comes through our door through our joint wisdom, our support of each other, the ways we hold each other accountable and increase our effectiveness together. All of our therapists work not only with individuals but with relational dynamics, which research is showing is nothing less than essential to genuine health and happiness. As a group of clinicians we strive to model what it means to be healthy a system.
Our practice offers physical therapy, psychotherapy, counseling services and body work for individuals, couples, children, and families. Click on the photo(s) below to learn more details about what kinds of issues we typically treat and how we work.
