Aerial Fundamentals- Perfect for shared experiences, this class encourages connection, laughter, and confidence—whether you’re trying aerial yoga for the first time or enjoying a mindful movement experience together. No prior aerial experience required. All movements are optional and thoughtfully modified for comfort and safety.
