Ani is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Master Social Worker with six years of clinical experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She is bilingual in Armenian and deeply connected to her cultural heritage, bringing cultural sensitivity and understanding to her work with diverse communities.

Many of the people she works with are navigating profound loss—whether the death of a loved one, family estrangement, immigration, or shifts in health, identity, or career—or struggling with communication breakdowns and distance in relationships that once felt close. She has a particular passion for working with young professionals and couples facing relationship and grief issues.

Ani's approach is collaborative, gentle, and grounded in honoring each person's story and culture. Rather than focusing on blame, she helps clients explore what's underneath the conflict or loss—the unspoken needs, protective reactions, and what has changed. Together, they build practical skills for communicating with more understanding, care, and connection.

She believes that grief and relationship healing share a common path: both require reconnecting with ourselves and one another so that healing, meaning, and renewed hope can take root. Her work creates space for that reconnection to happen at each client's own pace.

Ani's experience spans diverse settings, including outpatient pediatric behavioral health, refugee resettlement services, immigrant family support programs, and facilitating grief groups for individuals and couples who have experienced recent loss. This breadth of experience informs her culturally responsive, trauma-informed approach.

Ani earned a dual master's degree masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and Social Work from Syracuse University and holds licenses in both disciplines in New York State. At Crossbridge Wellness, she partners with clients navigating hard seasons, offering compassionate support as they move toward greater clarity, peace, and connection. She offers telehealth throughout New York State, with in-person appointments available on Fridays and Saturdays.
