Robert is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed in their relationships or daily lives. Many of the people he works with are dealing with ongoing arguments, broken trust, emotional distance, burnout, work-life balance struggles, or the weight of cultural and generational expectations. He has particular experience supporting people navigating career transitions, building or expanding their families, and navigating blended family systems.
Robert's approach is grounded in collaboration, honesty, and respect. He helps clients slow things down, understand what keeps them stuck, and build clearer, more supportive ways of communicating and relating, both with others and with themselves. His work is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and culturally responsive.
He has experience working with people across different life stages and backgrounds, including immigrants and families navigating generational stress and identity. Before becoming a therapist, Robert worked in refugee resettlement and youth workforce development, supporting individuals and families as they adjusted to new systems, expectations, and environments.
Robert earned his Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University and is licensed in New York State. At Crossbridge Wellness, he partners with clients to strengthen communication, repair trust, and create more steady, meaningful connections. He offers telehealth throughout New York State, with limited in-person appointments available on weekdays and select evenings.
