"Taking this meditation class with Katherine Thompson was a transformative experience. I came in feeling stressed and weighed down and I left feeling calm and connected to myself. The instructor's guidance was gentle, knowledgeable and grounding. I felt like it was the reset my mind and body
needed. I can't recommend this class highly enough." Laura
