Meditation is a process of learning to let go of the past and the future to be fully present in this moment whatever this moment brings. It often involves focusing on one thing whether that is breath, walking or other movement, a candle, music, or the visualization of a guided meditation. It may sound simple, but meditation takes practice and patience. A trained instructor can be invaluable. At Crossbridge Wellness, we offer three meditation instructors with three different approaches to guide you in connecting your deepest self in this moment.
Sometimes meditation brings a profound sense of peace and connection. Sometimes it focuses us on an awareness of our own distress, but always it brings one passing moment leading to another passing moment on the journey of life. With practice and guidance, meditation helps us to become our best selves.
