Doug has always been hands on. Working in bicycle shops, as a waiter, a General Motors automotive technician, and massage…He holds an evolutionary view of health and wellness, reaching for balance of the whole being. This means we need to work with and maintain many different aspects of ourselves. This sets the stage for more transformational work and in the bigger picture, metamorphosis both as an individual and with our community. We are in a time where that is not just ideal, but necessary. He teaches Qi Gong and Wing Chun Kung Fu classes on Tuesday evenings.
