Sunday Morning Guided Hypnotic Journeys

This 30 minute Sunday morning class is a gentle, grounding space to reset your nervous system and reconnect with what matters before the week begins. Each session is a guided hypnotic journey designed to meet the group where it’s at — light, adaptive, and responsive rather than rigid or scripted.

We’ll use hypnosis in the way it naturally works: easing the critical mind, engaging imagination, and allowing your subconscious to reorganize itself around calm, clarity, and intention. Some sessions may feel deeply relaxing, others vivid and exploratory — always supportive, always at your own pace.

You’ll leave feeling more centered, clearer, and better resourced for whatever the week brings.

No prior hypnosis experience needed. You remain aware and in control throughout.

What Is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis is a natural state you already slip into throughout the day — the moment you zone out while driving, get absorbed in a task, or drift into that daydreamy “in-between” space. In these moments the critical mind softens, and the subconscious becomes more open to learning something new.

Hypnotherapy works by guiding you into that same state intentionally, so the part of your mind that runs your automatic patterns can finally update them. Instead of forcing change through willpower alone, we work with the system that drives your habits, emotions, and reactions in the first place.

Most people describe hypnosis as calm, cozy, vivid, or just deeply internal. You stay awake and aware the whole time. You hear everything I say, think freely, and remain fully in control. It simply becomes easier to let go of what no longer serves you and take in what does.

Why It Works

Most people know what they want — they just don’t have subconscious patterns that support it yet. Hypnotherapy helps you bridge that gap by supporting:

What to Expect

Your first session is 90 minutes. We talk, get clear on what brings you in, and run a couple of simple tests to understand how you naturally enter the hypnotic state. This helps you experience hypnosis more easily and understand how your mind absorbs information.

Follow-up sessions are 60 minutes and follow the same general rhythm:

we talk, explore, clarify, and then use hypnosis to reinforce those insights and create subconscious alignment.

My Approach

My work blends the tools that helped me change my own life: clinical hypnosis, NLP, Mental Emotional Release, Eriksonian methods, and my background in psychology and mindfulness. I keep the process grounded, collaborative, and adaptive so your conscious and subconscious mind can work together instead of pulling in different directions.
