4-Week Online Dream Workshop

Gain insights about yourself and the world through your dreams and the dreams of others.

Dreams are healthy and healing and can tell us things that help us to make sense of our lives and work through emotional, practical and  spiritual issues. Facilitators with expertise in dreams will guide participants processing  dreams of group members using metaphor, word plays and connections to common life themes. Mary Dombeck is a retired therapist who spent decades  researching and working with dreams as a means of helping people attain greater health and wellness.  She continues dream work for fun. This is a life enrichment group, not a therapy group.  Katie Jo Suddaby is an artist, educator and pastor who works and plays with dreams.

Lucid Dreaming Workshop Coming Soon 

Learn about Lucid Dreaming and including techniques to have these special dreams in which you are aware you are dreaming and can make your own choices within the dream. Lucid dreaming can be used a to reframe nightmares and/or take back one's own personal power.
