Group content: This group is in response with the environmental crisis, Covid-19, we find ourselves in. With the enduring weeks, increases in symptoms, things that once may have been not as active now may be active. Feeling overtly vulnerable or unsafe can be difficult during this time. Find community and support in this strange-time we live now. Online group is a different space, there will meditations we run, with group topic and worksheets to take home. Is set for 7-8 sessions 45-mins long, one time fee depends on how many sign up.
Dates: New session starts in Nov. Runs for seven weeks.
