Tracy has worked with adults, teens and tweens in private practice for over 15 years, supporting clients through symptoms of anxiety and depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, managing stress, self-doubt and somatic concerns. She is passionate about promoting social-emotional literacy, helping individuals and institutions value the significance of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills and positive decision-making.
