Grief Group for Parents of Adult Children-Hybrid In-Person/Online Model
Life doesn’t make sense after the death of a child of any age. Traumatic circumstances can make coping especially difficult. Listen, share and grieve with the supportive guidance of a grief counselor and other parents who have lost an adult child to death. This small, confidential support group is for parents who are overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, anger, guilt, flashbacks or emotional numbness. An experienced counselor will share information and resources on issues bereaved parents often face and facilitate discussion on issues you are currently experiencing. This professionally led grief group could help whether the death was recent or several years ago. Appropriate for death due to overdose, suicide and mental illness.

Cost: $35 per session, per person donation. Maximum four people in group room and two online.
