Facing Life after the Death of a Spouse or Partner

Spouse Grief Group

Are you feeling overwhelmed with grief, after the death of your spouse or life partner? The isolation and devastation felt by surviving partners is unique, and can leave you feeling sad, depressed, numb, afraid, angry or guilty. Coming together with others who have also lost their partners can help you move through these emotions.

Meets Wednesdays from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. 2X a month    
Pay what you can ($30 suggested fee).

In person participants (6 max) will meet at Crossbridge Wellness Affiliates, 2000 S. Winton Rd, Building 4, Suite 200, in Brighton, NY. 

This group is led by Sarah Hader, MA, MHC-LP. Sarah's work focuses on companioning people through their grief experience and helping older adults, care partners, and people facing life-limiting illness to work through and come to terms with emotional and spiritual issues to find acceptance, meaning and joy.
