Facing Life after the Death of a Spouse or Partner

grief

Are you feeling overwhelmed with grief, after the death of your spouse or life partner? The isolation and devastation felt by surviving partners is unique, and can leave you feeling sad, depressed, numb, afraid, angry or guilty. Coming together with others who have also lost their partners can help you move through these emotions.

Meets 2nd & 4th Tuesdays at noon. $20 per session.

Contact Sarah to get started: [email protected] or (585) 204-0528

Pre-registration is required, attend in person or online! In person participants (5 max for safe social distancing) will meet at Crossbridge Wellness Affiliates, 2000 S. Winton Rd, Building 4, Suite 200, in Brighton, NY. Online group members will be using Google Meet - tech support happily provided.

This group is led Sarah Hader, MA, LMHC-P. Sarah was called to this work by her own grief experience, following the death of her best friend.
