Indentify areas of tension and mobility in the back and body, and learn targeted strategies to improve flexibity, stregnth, and balance.
Appropriate for all ages and skill levels, this low-impact class is a supported exploration of movement: you will find yourself learning how your body can work for you, rather than against you.
Techniques can be modified as necessary to suit each individual. Please contact instructor ahead of time with any specific concerns (difficulty with prolonged standing, getting up off or down the floor, reaching overhead etc.)
