BREATHE FOR STRESS RELIEF

This gentle and relaxing class is suitable for all ages, and will have you yawning in no time. Learn practical strategies for stress reduction, and physical skills to improve relaxation in the neck and shoulders. Yoga mats available, students may bring their own if they wish. Bringing a medium-size towel is recommended for participation in some headache relief techniques.  

Techniques can be modified as necessary to suit each individual. Please contact instructor ahead of time with any specific concerns (difficulty with prolonged standing, getting up off or down onto the floor, reaching overhead, etc).

Movement Awareness Workshop

Instructor: Caroline McBride, PT, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist and nationally certified Pilates teacher, with a movement background in dance, yoga, and triathlon training.
