WHAT TO EXPECT:
Learn and practice mindfulness skills to calm your mind in stressful situations, enhance effectiveness at work, improve relationships and increase self-acceptance. Each class covers three topics: Skills to use alone. Interpersonal mindfulness skills. Meditation/Centering Exercises.

Monthly Pass: $40 (Save $20)
