Holly Rockwell is a certified spiritual director and retreat leader in private practice through Estuary Soul Care. A spiritual director functions as a guide pointing out where she sees the Spirit moving in your life. This work is confidential, deep, and sacred. It is shelter in challenging times and challenging during times of stuck-ness.
Though every spiritual journey is unique, many people begin spiritual direction during a time of transition or loss, when making a decision, or because they are yearning for more—a deeper sense of connection to the Holy as well as to self and others. Whether you are feeling the need for support and depth in your current spiritual practice, or seeking something new, it helps to walk with someone as you go.
You are welcome, and encouraged, to bring all and any of your lived experience to our meetings without fear of judgment. However, it is important to be clear--spiritual direction is not therapy. A spiritual guide will not fix, advise or change you. Together we will simply take "a long, loving look at the real" so that you can live your fullest, freest life.
I am humbled by the gift of receiving your story. It is my heartfelt desire to listen with the ears of the heart, to hear how the spirit is speaking into your life, and to walk with you wherever your path leads. I am comfortable working with various faith traditions, or outside tradition. Curious? I offer an initial interview at no charge. Contact me to schedule.
